thank you to those who are participating in the 2009 Los Angeles AIDS Walk.
IF you are attending, there is info you need to know.
When: Sunday October 18, 2009
Sign-in begins at 8:30 a.m.
Opening ceremony begins at 9:15 a.m.
Walk begins at 10:00 a.m. and will end some time after 12:00 p.m. The length of time it takes to complete the walk can be difficult to predict. Bring your cell phone so you can update parents/guardians with accurate times.
Where: West Hollywood Park
647 N. San Vicente Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069-5018
If student is being dropped off and picked up, enter from the SOUTH or EAST of the park, which is San Vicent Ave. and Melrose Ave.
How to Register: (you should have registered already)
1. Go to http://www.aidswalk.net/LosAngeles/takeaction/dates.html
2. Click on REGISTER AND JOIN A TEAM
3. Click on JOIN A TEAM.
4. Scroll down and click on D10 South -0571
5. Fill out necessary e-forms.
6. And you are officially registered!
*please write your name on a sign up sheet in Mr. Hammer's room when you are officially registered.
